Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is appointed annually by the City Council. Its role is to serve as an advisory body to the council.  Its purpose is to hear and recommend changes on city development, zoning and ordinance items.  The commission has no power to grant approve for change, their recommendation for change or approval is submitted to the City Council for final approval.

The St. Mary's Point Planning Commission consist of 5 members.
