Departments - Zoning

St. Mary's Point being very small has limited departments.

Our City Clerk is a part-time, appointed employee.

Building Inspector, City Attorney, City Engineer and City Planner are all contracted positions.  Residents should not contact these contractors directly unless  provided contact information for them by direction of the City Council or from the City Clerk.

City Codes

The attachment for the SMP City Code is the current code book from 2001, it however DOES NOT include ordinances created from that time.  Ordinances adopted will be placed here in stand alone fashion.  Contact city staff for more Zoning information by emailing: city.clerk@stmaryspointmn.org
